Laffy Taffy is Willy Wonka's favorite taffy. It is available in fruit flavors and each wrapper comes with a corny kid's joke. For example, "What do you call a cow with no legs? - Ground Beef." Another might be "What's an owl's favorite subject? -- " owlgebra"
Laffy Taffy is a brand of candy first produced in the 1970's. The name refers to both the texture (taffy) and silliness (each wrapper has a joke). The jokes are usually sent in by children who are credited on the wrapper.

CHOCOLATE ICING:
To reduce the risk of melting, all chocolate items are currently being iced for all states.
Iced items will be packed with insulated boxes and ice packs. An icing fee of $8.50 per shipping carton will apply.
RETURN POLICY:
Return requests can be submitted for merchandise that simply does not meet your expectations. Shortages and damages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery; all other return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be unused and in original manufacturer packaging. If the merchandise must be shipped back to our warehouse, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
EXCEPTIONS:
Ingestible items: To comply with FDA policies, Kelli's does not accept returns of any ingestible items, including candy/snacks and over-the-counter medicine. If an ingestible item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a credit.
Clearance items: All clearance items are final sale; no returns or credits are accepted. Clearance candy/snack items may have short shelf lives.
Why do I need to submit a resale tax certificate?
Since you are buying items to be resold in your physical or virtual store, Kelli's does not charge you (the reseller) any sales tax on your purchases. A resale tax certificate confirms that you are a valid reseller and should not be charged sales tax on your Kelli's purchases.
