Kelli's has been Billy's home away from home since it was founded in January 2000. He transferred to the customer service department in 2008, and now enjoys talking with our customers every day.
Billy has a beautiful granddaughter with whom he spends as much as time as possible!
Meg loves working in customer service! She believes that Kelli's has the best customers, which makes her job great. She looks forward to helping you.
Meg has two grown children, two granddaughters, and one grandson, along with four grand-cats! They make her life busy and full of joy. Spending time with her friends & family gives her lots of pleasure. In Meg's spare time you'll find her watching football (GO COWBOYS!!!) or checking out a local art fair.
Tonia joined the Kelli's team in 2015.
Brooklyn joined the Kelli's team in 2018.
Erica came on board with Kelli's in 2018.
Walt came on board with Kelli's in June of 2011. He considers Kelli’s a joy to work for and a company that truly has the customer’s best interest in mind.
He and his wife BeLinda have been married 32 years as of 2013, and are enjoying raising their 9 year old granddaughter Kylie. Walt is a proud member of the American Legion Post 597 in Carrollton, Texas.
Bob joined Kelli’s in February 2013. He has lived in Texas for 35+ years. His background had been in the financial industry for over 20 years. He enjoys building good customer relationships through listening to customers, finding solutions and attempting to exceed the client’s expectations every time.
Melinda has been working at Kelli’s since 2010. She has over 30yrs of experience in sales and customer service. She is responsible for helping you increase your business with our fabulous product line!
Melinda is married and has two lovely daughters. Her oldest is married and has blessed her with two grandsons. The youngest is a Music Education major in her 3rd year of college. Outside of work she enjoys music, quilting and memory booking.
Angie Latimer joined Kelli’s in the fall of 2014. She brings with her 20 years of sales management and customer service. Angie is extremely excited to be working as the Business Development Manager.
Angie and her partner have two spoiled dogs…Emma the Beagle and Chloe the Poodle/Pom/Yorkie. Angie has a masters degree in music and loves to sing & play the piano in her spare time.
Misty joined Kelli’s in December 2015 and brings with her 15 years of sales, marketing and merchandising experience. She is excited to work with all of our amazing customers and use her background to help them grow their businesses. Building lasting relationships with buyers is something Misty prides herself on and she’s looking forward to getting to know all of you!
Jeff has been with Kelli’s since 2009. Prior to joining Kelli’s sales team in 2011, he worked as a customer service team member and before that he was a Kelli’s customer when he owned a neighborhood bookstore.
Jeff shares a beautiful home with the most wonderful man in the world, Henry. They have 3 adorable and spoiled Bostons: Keegan, Prudence Victoria and Sammie Joe.
Michelle joined Kelli's in March 2017. Michelle comes to Kelli’s with 6 years in furniture sales and, in the past, owned her own business with her husband for 30 years. Michelle was also a Pre-school teacher for 10 years. Originally from Plano, Michelle graduated from North Texas State College with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Matthew, Megan, and Morgan are Michelle’s three children and she also has a Chihuahua named Coco. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys walking.
Mary joined the Sales team Kelli’s in 2013 and brought with her over 30 years of experience in the gifts, floral and seasonal industry. At Kelli’s, she gets to enjoy both her passion for product and her love for helping her customers. She considers herself a very lucky gal!
Mary treasures her time outdoors, enjoys her hobbies and has fun with her family & friends.
Larry is delighted to be with Kelli’s! He was with Mike Feinberg Wholesale for 40+ years, so definitely has a wealth of experience with both Kelli’s products and many of their customers. Dallas has quickly become a second home to Larry, although his home & family still reside in Pittsburgh! And, of course, Larry’s religion is the Pittsburgh Steelers!
For those of you who Larry hasn’t met yet, he looks forward to serving you in the future.
Bruce joined Kelli’s in 2013, bringing 20 years of sales experience. He loves working with customers and building new relationships. On a personal note: Bruce enjoys traveling and spending time with family, friends and his Jack Russell Terrier, Porter.
Donny started with Kelli's in 2005. His love of the gift industry began in 1998 when he worked with the Applause company. He truly feels that each and every one of you is a joy to work with!
In Donny’s spare time, he’s a DJ and continues to do what he does best...makes people smile! If he’s not at work or on a dance floor, he’s with his son, who is the absolute love of his life!
Kevin is a 12½ year Army Vet, having served one tour in the desert in support of Operation Enduring Freedom/Iraqi Freedom. Kevin has been with Kelli's since the end of April 2011.
Kevin started off in our Customer Service team as one of our web processors.
Ryan came on board with Kelli's in 2018.
Shelly came on board with Kelli's in 2018.
Jason has been with Kelli's since March 2013, and brings with him 21 years of experience in the gift shop industry. He loves the everyday interactions with customers and is willing to go out of his way to help them with anything they might need. He has covered South Carolina, parts of North Carolina, and parts of Georgia for his entire career. If you ever need anything or have any questions, please feel free to call or email anytime!
He, his wife, and their three children reside in Lexington, South Carolina. When he has the rare chance, he can be found on the golf course!
Keith joined Kelli’s in August of 2012. He brings to Kelli’s over 25 years of sales experience, and more importantly, customer service. Keith and his wife, Melody, of 24 years have two wonderful kids. His daughter Madison is entering her junior year at The University of North Carolina and his son Joshua will begin his sophomore year at Lumberton Senior High School. Both kids are very active and this keeps Keith and Melody very busy most of the time.
Tom started working for Kellis in 2008, bringing with him 40 years of experience running his own sales agency. He grew up in Chicago and has lived the last 35 years in Indianapolis generating sales in Indiana. He has a wife and two daughters, and enjoys managing his Classified Tree Farm in his spare time.
Natalie came on board with Kelli's in 2018.
Erin came to Kelli’s in January 2017 with 20 years in the Design/Advertising Industry. Erin received her education in Graphic Design from Western Kentucky, and she graduated with her BFA Communications Design from Texas State University. In her spare time, Erin loves to paint, create with her kids, spend time with family & friends, and she also started a Traveling Paint Party business with her daughter four years ago. Erin has been married for sixteen years to her husband Casey. They have 2 children, Delani and Aiden. The family has 2 dogs, a Miniature Dachshund named Lucy and an Australian Cattle dog mix named Marley.
Tina joined Kelli’s in 2012, bringing with her extensive experience in office management and administration. She has a wide variety of responsibilities at Kelli’s; foremost is assisting in the Creative department with the creation and production of sales catalogs and flyers.
Cheryl has been with Kelli’s since 2004. She now works in purchasing, but has also worked in customer service and handled the invoicing for several years. She just loves Kelli’s!
When Cheryl is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin and their teenage son, Conner. She also has a daughter, Jessica, who is married and has three wonderful kids. Cheryl loves doting on her sweet grandchildren, Ryleigh, Tristan & Holden!
Loreal joined the Kelli's team in 2018.
Doyle joined the Kelli's team in 2018.
Niki manages the Accounts Receivable department, and has been with Kelli's since day two in year 2000! She says, "I've really enjoyed watching the company grow, and without a doubt, the best part has been talking to our wonderful customers over the years."<
An avid reader, she enjoys collecting books, art and retro pottery. Niki and her hubby share their home with five rescued pets.
Paloma joined the Kelli's team in 2017.
Daicy Montenegro started off at Kelli's as a temporary employee in the Accounting Department in February 2016. Daicy has assisted with both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as payroll. After her time as a temporary employee, Daicy joined Kelli’s permanently as an Accounting Clerk. Daicy’s background has been in Recruiting, Human Resources, and as an Administrative Assistant. Daicy has 3 children, loves to read, and she says she has to cook!
Kim joined Kelli’s in December of 2006: the temp who never wanted to leave. She is the assistant to the Accounts Receivable Manager and is happy to help with your accounting questions.
Kim ALWAYS stays busy. She and her husband work the box office for local theater companies, and her eBay and Amazon obsessions are subsidized by cake decorating business! Her other loves are books and her furbabies Lola and Ludo.
With thousands of items and hundreds of orders per day, one can imagine the flood of work that flows thru our distribution center on a daily basis. Every day, material handlers are responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders with the upmost accuracy and speed. Picking orders is no small task and Kelli’s pickers recognize the level of satisfaction our customers demand!
To maximize warehouse space and allow our material handlers to be as efficient as possible, Kelli’s distribution center operates 18 hours per day. The night crew is largely responsible for checking-in and stocking all of the inbound freight. With hundreds of vendors all across the nation, the daily volume of freight can be overwhelming. Checking in merchandise, breaking it down into small sellable units and stocking it are key elements to serving our customer’s needs.
Kavya joined Kelli's in September 2016 with 10 year of experience working for the Physician Administrative Services in Dallas, where she was a Senior Programmer Analyst. Kavya was responsible for developing an EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system. As Kelli's in-house Database Developer/Administrator, Kavya plays a crucial role in helping Kelli's utilize technology and software.
Glenna joined the Kelli’s team in September 2015 with 5 plus years of experience in web development, search engine optimization, content creation, and email marketing. Glenna is responsible for the design and functionality of the Kelli's website and for leveraging technology to improve processes for both customers and internal employees.
Glenna is from Connecticut but has lived in Dallas since 2010. She enjoys painting, exercising, and traveling.
Ted joined Kelli's in May 2016 with over 30 years of experience in distribution and warehousing. He has worked for several large distribution companies like Medline Industries, McMaster-Carr Supply Company, and Midland Paper, Packaging & Supplies.
Ted graduated from Purdue University in Indiana. He and his wife Cindi have lived in the Chicago area their whole lives, but were happy to relocate to Texas, where the climate is much warmer! They have 3 children and a dog that they rescued 13 years ago.
At Kelli’s we consider ourselves a small “family” working together to earn your business every day. Most of my time is spent behind the scenes making sure we fulfill our promises to you. It’s imperative that we continue to invest and improve as a company so that we can continue to offer quality goods and services and ultimately be of value as a vendor. We constantly explore and implement new opportunities in hopes of exceeding your expectations. I always welcome customer feedback, which helps move us in the right direction. From day one, Kelli’s was built on customer service and we intend to keep it that way.
On a personal note, I was born and raised in Dallas. I grew up in the hospital gift shop market. When I am not immersing myself at Kelli’s, I bleed Orange for the Texas Longhorns!
