Four years ago, Covenant Health Plainview Auxiliary purchased a Convenience Center. At the time some of our volunteers wondered what we were doing - there simply was no room in the Gift Shop for any more equipment or displays. Now, they have all decided the Convenience Center is the best investment that we have made during the history of the Gift Shop. Our people love it and one can find just about any item that is wanted or needed on the Convenience Center display. My recent order (over $3,000) came in without missing anything and as we discussed at the Lakeland Show, the way they package everything does protect from any damage. Even with Fedex bashing the boxes around, your items always are well-protected with the bubble wrap, etc. AMAZING!!!!

I am so happy to let everyone know of my experiences with Kelli's and most of all with Kevin Young. Being a volunteer and a real novice at this buying thing, I can always count on Kevin to help me out. We are always looking forward to the"new items" you have to offer. Since most of our business comes from the employees of the hospital, we always try to offer new things. In fact they may come in and say, "Just wanted to see what you may have new from Kelli's."
When you order on the Internet it seems to be so impersonal, but not with Kelli's Customer Service and most of all Kevin Young. He is always there to help in anyway he can and is very friendly, this is not experienced everywhere. If you should order something that you are unhappy with or is broken (this does not happen often) Kevin takes care of you. If you are new to ordering from Kelli's ask what their best sellers are. I love my sales rep Walt Cunningham. He is such an amazing person to deal with…so friendly & helpful…but every single person I’ve ever talked to on the phone is great, friendly & very helpful. In my 2 plus years doing business with Kelli’s there have hardly ever been mistakes with orders, but when there was, it was quickly & cheerfully taken care of!

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you and the entire staff at Kelli's. Customer service is not just a motto that you try to attain. You accomplish it every time I have a need for assistance. If you are not there or are away from your desk, the person who answers the phone always asks if they can help me. I have never hung up the phone feeling that my concerns were not important. For that matter, I've never had a problem not solved on a first call.
It is so refreshing to have a real live person answer the phone. I don't care how carefully you speak to those automated machines, you end up getting frustrated because they don't seem to understand carefully, annunciated English. Thank you for that.
In closing, I have to say that Kelli's helped our small hospital Gift Shop achieve record sales the last two years. I'm looking forward to another great year with your assistance.

This message is long overdue, but as they say, better late than never! I want to commend your employees for Outstanding Customer Service. I always get excellent service when I call your company.
Specifically, I'd like to single out these two gentlemen:
Jeff Roberts: I am a very small business owner and I was so lucky to find a company like yours that has so many different products. I was also very fortunate to have Jeff Roberts assigned as my Sales Representative. He is always available and no matter what, I am always treated like I'm the only customer he has. He's attentive, understanding, and always goes that extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied. Most recently I called in a panic because one of my customers was devastated over a loss of a gift she had purchased for a friend. It was a "White" Pearl Wisdom Bear. I realized that I couldn't guarantee a "White" one but I told her I would try. I contacted Jeff, and he made it happen. I received the bear today and when I contacted my customer she was so excited she cried. So Jeff not only made me look good, he made my customer's day too!.
Billy Hartis: I have said that Billy should be the poster child for customer service. Billy was the first contact I made with your company and he was so patient, understanding and helpful to a novice who was just starting a business. Every time I call into the main number, I ask for Billy. He's my go to guy! I just can't say enough about his genuine desire to help others. Prior to starting up a business, I held various customer service positions throughout many different industries. Billy gives the type of customer service that I always wanted and expected from my employees. I have not encountered anyone better!.
Now, I do have accounts with some of your suppliers, too. Cuddle Barn, Chantilly Lane, DM Merchandising to name a few. I always check to see if you sell the item I'm looking for before I buy direct from one of these other companies. Many times there prices are a little lower because they deal in just one area, but it's not worth saving a few dollars to give up the customer service that I get from Billy and Jeff. I attribute the growth of my small company to the help I've received from these two great guys!.
Please let them both know how very much I appreciate THEM!We have been Kelli’s fans for years! They always have something new, and good price points! When we call in, we are always treated like their favorite customer! I love the next day shipping, and on the rare occasion that something is broken or the quality isn’t what we expected, they credit our account with no questions asked! In a time when customer service seems to be a lost art, we truly appreciate our relationship with DeAnne and the great staff at Kelli’s! They are a pleasure to work with!
