About This Product:
Fabulous Floyd: The True Story of a Flamingo Who Never Gave Up is an inspirational story of a flamingo who needed help from his human caretakers in order to thrive. Hatched at the San Diego Zoo, Floyd was destined to have a special life. He would later grow up to be an animal ambassador, teaching visitors all about flamingos. But early in his life, Floyd's caretakers at the zoo noticed something was wrong. Floyd couldn't stand up straight, and his legs were crooked. In order to do all the things a fabulous flamingo must do - such as wading in the water, bending down to eat, and standing on one leg - Floyd needed to have two strong, sturdy legs. By never giving up, Floyd taught his human caretakers the value of perserverance.

Iced items will be packed with insulated boxes and ice packs. An icing fee of $8.50 per shipping carton will apply.
RETURN POLICY:
Return requests can be submitted for merchandise that simply does not meet your expectations. Shortages and damages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery; all other return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be unused and in original manufacturer packaging. If the merchandise must be shipped back to our warehouse, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
EXCEPTIONS:
Ingestible items: To comply with FDA policies, Kelli's does not accept returns of any ingestible items, including candy/snacks and over-the-counter medicine. If an ingestible item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a credit.
Clearance items: All clearance items are final sale; no returns or credits are accepted. Clearance candy/snack items may have short shelf lives.
Why do I need to submit a resale tax certificate?
Since you are buying items to be resold in your physical or virtual store, Kelli's does not charge you (the reseller) any sales tax on your purchases. A resale tax certificate confirms that you are a valid reseller and should not be charged sales tax on your Kelli's purchases.
