Some dunk, some don't...but everyone loves Biscotti Brothers® Traditional Twice-Baked Biscotti! Mixed by hand in small batches, Biscotti Brothers' biscotti is baked twice in the historic tradition of Italy. For the first bake, the dough is shaped into a "flattened log" shape. The log is then sliced into individual cookies and baked again. The traditional 4-inch, dunking size cookie is made with unbleached flour, whole eggs, butter, nuts and fruits.
