About This Product:
These knitted heated ear muffs feature an adorable white owl design and a wintry fair isle pattern. With a special click and heat feature, ear muffs can be heated by simply holding the gel insert with your thumb and forefinger and bending it gently until the metal chip inside the insert clicks. The solution inside the gel insert will then crystallize and start heating up. To maximize the heat, massage the pack gently. Ear muffs stay warm for roughly 45 minutes. Gel inserts can be reactivated by placing them in boiling water for rougly 10-15 minutes.

CHOCOLATE ICING:
To reduce the risk of melting, premium chocolate items (e.g. Lindt, Russell Stover) are currently being iced for all states.
Iced items will be packed with insulated boxes and ice packs. An icing fee of $8.50 per shipping carton will apply.
RETURN POLICY:
Return requests can be submitted for merchandise that simply does not meet your expectations. Shortages and damages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery; all other return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be unused and in original manufacturer packaging. If the merchandise must be shipped back to our warehouse, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
EXCEPTIONS:
Ingestible items: To comply with FDA policies, Kelli's does not accept returns of any ingestible items, including candy/snacks and over-the-counter medicine. If an ingestible item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a credit.
