This Warming Microwaveable Back Warmer by Aroma Home is designed to give therapeutic heat to your sore or stiff back. The shape of the back warmer is designed to gently mold to the contours of your lower back. When gently warmed in the microwave the back warmer produces a combination of therapeutic heat and a relaxing lavender fragrance to help enhance deep relaxation and ease the pain and inflammation in your back. To use simply warm the back warmer in a microwave, then place around your back and fasten at the front using the adjustable Velcro closure strip. The adjustable fastening enables you to enjoy comforting warmth while walking or standing. Fragranced with lavender, mandarin, and geranium.

CHOCOLATE ICING:
To reduce the risk of melting, all chocolate items are currently being iced for all states.
Iced items will be packed with insulated boxes and ice packs. An icing fee of $8.50 per shipping carton will apply.
RETURN POLICY:
Return requests can be submitted for merchandise that simply does not meet your expectations. Shortages and damages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery; all other return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be unused and in original manufacturer packaging. If the merchandise must be shipped back to our warehouse, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
EXCEPTIONS:
Ingestible items: To comply with FDA policies, Kelli's does not accept returns of any ingestible items, including candy/snacks and over-the-counter medicine. If an ingestible item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a credit.
Clearance items: All clearance items are final sale; no returns or credits are accepted. Clearance candy/snack items may have short shelf lives.
