This message is long overdue, but as they say, better late than never! I want to commend your employees for Outstanding Customer Service. I always get excellent service when I call your company.
Specifically, I'd like to single out these two gentlemen:
Jeff Roberts: I am a very small business owner and I was so lucky to find a company like yours that has so many different products. I was also very fortunate to have Jeff Roberts assigned as my Sales Representative. He is always available and no matter what, I am always treated like I'm the only customer he has. He's attentive, understanding, and always goes that extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied. Most recently I called in a panic because one of my customers was devastated over a loss of a gift she had purchased for a friend. It was a "White" Pearl Wisdom Bear. I realized that I couldn't guarantee a "White" one but I told her I would try. I contacted Jeff, and he made it happen. I received the bear today and when I contacted my customer she was so excited she cried. So Jeff not only made me look good, he made my customer's day too!.
Billy Hartis: I have said that Billy should be the poster child for customer service. Billy was the first contact I made with your company and he was so patient, understanding and helpful to a novice who was just starting a business. Every time I call into the main number, I ask for Billy. He's my go to guy! I just can't say enough about his genuine desire to help others. Prior to starting up a business, I held various customer service positions throughout many different industries. Billy gives the type of customer service that I always wanted and expected from my employees. I have not encountered anyone better!.
Now, I do have accounts with some of your suppliers, too. Cuddle Barn, Chantilly Lane, DM Merchandising to name a few. I always check to see if you sell the item I'm looking for before I buy direct from one of these other companies. Many times there prices are a little lower because they deal in just one area, but it's not worth saving a few dollars to give up the customer service that I get from Billy and Jeff. I attribute the growth of my small company to the help I've received from these two great guys!.
Please let them both know how very much I appreciate THEM!We have been Kelli’s fans for years! They always have something new, and good price points! When we call in, we are always treated like their favorite customer! I love the next day shipping, and on the rare occasion that something is broken or the quality isn’t what we expected, they credit our account with no questions asked! In a time when customer service seems to be a lost art, we truly appreciate our relationship with DeAnne and the great staff at Kelli’s! They are a pleasure to work with!
