With COVID-19 continuing to rapidly evolve, the health and welfare of our customers and employees is top of mind right now. Kelli’s is taking precautions to ensure the needs of our customers are fully met and the health and safety of our employees is maintained.


We are sensitive to the situation and global impact as we monitor updates from credible health organizations. While we cannot control what happens with the coronavirus and other outbreaks, we continue to stand ready to assist however we can.


We encourage you to leverage our website, www.kellisgifts.com, for your ordering needs.  By ordering online, you will help us reduce our footprint in our Carrollton, TX offices and allow us to continue to ship your orders out promptly.  Our customer service and sales teams will also remain available to serve you via phone at 972.759.7000.

We are mindful that many companies have put a temporary restriction on outside vendors.  We will continue to ship orders next business day via UPS Ground and you should expect normal delivery service unless otherwise notified.  Our UPS representative has assured us that while UPS is taking extra precautions, they will continue to operate their transportation network as normal.


Additionally, you may have already noticed that we are experiencing shortages of certain items that are in high demand, i.e. hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes.  We are doing everything in our power to replenish these items, but it is a challenge due to nationwide shortages.
