Shipping Chocolates
Kelli’s ships chocolates all year long. In an effort to combat the heat in the hot months, insulated boxes and reusable ice packs are used to guarantee the freshness of your order.
$7.00 per carton icing fee will be charged, with each carton being shipped separately.
ALL chocolates are now being iced.
When you purchase chocolates and combine them with a total order of $395, we will ship the entire order for FREE as long as you are within FedEx 3-day ground. Customers in FedEx 4 & 5-day ground zones will pay the additional expedited freight costs between ground and FedEx 3-day select (unfortunately, 3-day select is quite costly).
General Shipping Policy
All Kelli’s orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Online orders received before Noon CST will typically be shipped out the next business day. Web orders received after Noon CST will be shipped within 2 business days. We ship to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus the following major protectorates and territories of the United States: Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping Methods, Times & Cost
All Kelli’s orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Orders shipped to PO Boxes or outside the contiguous 48 states may be delayed due to the extra processing time in shipping the order. Below is a map of FedEx Ground Shipping times from Carrollton, Texas.
