Return & Backorder Policies

Kelli’s wants all of our customers to be happy with the merchandise they have purchased from us. If you would like to return or receive a credit on any defective or missing items, please contact a Kelli’s customer service representative and they will be happy to take care of you! 

 

Returns:

Should there be a cause for a return of merchandise, notify a Kelli’s representative for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  Kelli’s reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

 

Shortage Claims or Damaged Goods:

Please inspect all boxes upon receipt.  For shortages or damages, please contact us within 5 business days of the receipt of goods.  In addition, if the outer carton is damaged, please keep all boxes and packaging material available for FedEx inspection.

 

Backorders:

We always make every effort to have all catalog items in stock. If merchandise is backordered, it will automatically be shipped freight free if the backorder totals $100.00 or more.
