Returns

If there is cause for the return of merchandise, please notify Kelli's for return authorization (issued at Kelli's discretion). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

Backorders

We always make every effort to have all catalog items in stock. If merchandise is backordered, it will automatically be shipped freight free if the backorder totals $50.00 or more. If the backorder is under $50.00, we will call and give customers the option of either adding to their backorder to get it to our $50.00 minimum (freight free), or cancelling the backorder and reordering the items with their next order if desired.
